Our Spicy Squid Hot Stone Bibimbap is a new-style take on Korea’s famous rice bowl. Spicy squid and rice arrive in a hot stone bowl, and you mix everything together at the table so the rice warms through and crisps against the stone.
About Our Hot Stone Bibimbap
Bibimbap means “mixed rice”, and the hot stone version, known in Korean as dolsot bibimbap, is served in a heated bowl that keeps the dish sizzling. Stirring it yourself lets you decide how much of the rice gets that golden, crispy finish.
Kimchi Sushi brings traditional Korean dishes to northwest Winnipeg alongside our sushi and Korean BBQ. Our bibimbap is made with spicy squid for a seafood twist that pairs beautifully with the rest of the Korean menu.
What Makes Our Hot Stone Bibimbap Special
The heated stone bowl is what makes this dish stand out: it keeps every bite hot to the last spoonful and adds texture you cannot get from a regular bowl. The spicy squid brings heat and a pleasant chew.
