About Our Beef Bulgogi
The name bulgogi means “fire meat”, and the dish is loved for its tender beef and sweet, savoury marinade. Our version is cooked with vegetables until the edges caramelize, then plated with rice and traditional Korean sides so you can build every bite the way you like.
