About Our L.A. Kalbi
Kalbi (also spelled galbi) means “ribs” in Korean, and the L.A.-style cut slices the short ribs across the bone so each strip grills quickly and soaks up the marinade. Char-broiling gives the edges a smoky crust while the meat stays juicy and tender.
